Dog Licenses
NOTICE TO OWNERS OF DOGS
Owners of a dog that is more than 5 months old on January 1st of any year, or 5 months old within the license year, shall annually pay the dog license tax and obtain a license.
All dogs must be inoculated for rabies and must be licensed under penalty of law. Please complete the dog registration portion and submit dog license fees to the Village Treasurer. You must include a copy of the rabies inoculation form from your veterinarian with your application.
